JOB DESCRIPTION

Radiant Communications Corp., founded in 1985, manufactures fiber optic systems and components for use in the transmission of voice, video and data.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in MidWestern United States.  The winning candidate must have experience in generating sales revenue through new and existing accounts within the cable television world.  Required skills also include a basic understanding of fiber optic transport along with some IP knowledge.

Position includes full benefits with base salary and commission structure.  Compensation based on qualifications. 

REQUIREMENTS

Radiant Communications Corporation designs and manufactures communications products that transport data, video and audio over high-speed internet, Ethernet and fiber optic cables.  Radiant’s video, audio and communications systems are used worldwide by cable, television companies, broadcast television networks, telecommunications firms, private and government institutions and facilities.  The result is creating a cost-effective solution with cutting edge technology to provide transmission of virtually any signal. With digital services increasingly being used to deliver video to the home, operators are focused on enhancing the subscriber’s viewing experience by increasing the variety of services they offer and improving quality, while still maintaining a cost-effective user-friendly infrastructure.

Radiant’s QAM digital encoders are embedded, hardware based solutions, compliant with all relevant industry standards. Affordable for systems of all sizes, Radiant’s Eclipse Series are built with the operator in mind, and are ideal for MDUs, hotels, hospitals, gated communities, casinos and retirement centers.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of ASI, SDI, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 digital formats. 

Travel within the territory required.  You will be located within the sales territory.
